Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Babatunde is the Chief Executive Officer of SHEAD who is responsible for the day to day management and operations of the organization and ensures the maintenance of high standards in the provision and delivery of services. He forecast the need for technical and programmatic assistance from external sources in close liason.
He holds a degree (Bachelor of Agric) from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Ogun State and a Masters Degree and a Phd. in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from University of Ilorin. He has over 7 years of experience in managing projects and people. His main area of focus is community development and social inclusion in rural communities.
Babatunde, is responsible for the organization operations and employee and directly manages the management team.

Consultant
Dr. Bolaji has programme development and management experience with over 4years Monitoring and Evaluation experience. She has been involved in interventions on Education, Youth and Women Empowerment, Community Health, Advocacy, Good Governance, Gender & Development, Human Rights, and HIV/AIDS.
She is into program planning and Management. She is an experienced data analyst. She has worked extensively in the area HIV & AIDS, Malaria and TB as a facilitator and program development.
She is a graduate of University of Ilorin where she obtained her B.Sc. in Agriculture and holds a Masters degree in Agricultural Extension from same University. She is a PhD holder in the same University. She sees to the affairs of women and girl child empowerment of the organization

Program Manager
Joseph is an Environmental Health Scientist and a Public Health Practitioner (Master of Public Health) from University of Ibadan. He is also a certified project manager and monitoring and evaluation skilled in the sphere of Global Health from university of Washington USA.
Over the years, he has acquired rich experience in providing technical leadership in the design, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of various beneficiary – led projects most especially in the areas of Behavior Change Communication, HIV Testing and Counselling, Sexual Transmission Prevention Interventions for key populations and vulnerable groups, Biomedical Interventions with major focus on injection safety, blood safety and healthcare waste management, Positive Health Dignity Prevention Intervention for People Living with HIV and Grants management.
He has 6 years of professional public health experience in the design and implementation of quality community-led programs that is sustainable and replicable. Among his vast experience functions includes planning, organizing, Implementing and evaluation of HAF II HDPD program sponsored by World Bank and team lead of various local and international projects (National Socio-Investment programme, Environmental Health and Sanitation exercise etc).
Presently, Joseph is the Lead project officer on the Global fund TB project currently being implemented by the organization across 30 LGAs in Osun state and involved in various community projects.

Program Officer
Funmilayo graduated from Tai-solarin university of education with B.Ed. (Hons.) in English language and literature and later bagged her M.Ed. in Counselling psychology (marriage and family life counseling psychology) in the prestigious university of Ibadan. She is currently the program officer of SHEAD Centre. She is an energetic and innovative individual who is adept at managing people, expectations and contributing to overall human stability. She has 3years experience with the Non-governmental organization and community based interventions. She has extensive experience in management and control of Tuberculosis (TB/HIV);Leprosy and has growing interest in humanitarian services. she has a strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Program Assistant
Damola has a B.Sc in Environmental Science and Resource Management (NOUN). Currently running a Data Science Program in APTECH Computer Education. 6 years of experience with Non-governmental Organizations and community-based interventions. Currently, hold the position of Program Assistant under the current TB project being implemented by the organization. the main focus is to make an impact on the community and make it a better place.

Strategic Information Officer
Catherine is a certified Health Information Manager and a member of the Healthcare Informatics Society of Nigeria who is adept at quality data management for quality Healthcare delivery. She is skilled in strategic information management to drive informed decision-making and effective performance of project intervention.
She has worked in various levels of healthcare institutions where she ensured quality medical record keeping for quality healthcare delivery as well as quality medical data analysis for various research purposes.
As a result of her passion for humanity, Catherine perform lead roles in a quite number of foundations that support poverty alleviation, “zero hunger”, quality education, capacity building, menstrual health, advocacy against Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) and others that focus on building the morals of vulnerable teens.
She was the Assistant Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of the organization, implementing the Global Fund TB Grant across the 30 LGAs of Osun State, Nigeria.

Program Assistant
Tobi is currently a student Nigeria Teachers Institute (NTI) supervised by Ahmadu Bello University. She presently doubles as the administrative officer and finance officer under the current TB project being implemented by the organization. Her passion for entrepreneurship skills drove her to acquire skills in catering and bead making services with financial support from SHEAD. She is a proud entrepreneur in her acquired skill which she is impacting unto students and community members under SHEAD Capacity Building/ Development program.
