Oladipo Owoyomi is a rare breed of global health leader, one who moves seamlessly between the boardroom and the bush, between Silicon Valley healthcare systems and rural communities, and between international policy tables and grassroots action. A doctoral candidate in Public Health at Indiana University, he holds a Master of Public Health (Unilorin), a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Administration from Ball State University and is a certified project manager (PMP), credentials that reflect a relentless pursuit of excellence at the intersection of health, leadership, and innovation.
As Director of Global Programs and Health Administration at SHEAD Centre, Oladipo brings over 18 years of transformative experience managing multi-million-dollar health programs funded by the Global Fund, USAID, the World Bank, and leading philanthropic institutions across Nigeria’s 36 states, the FCT, and the United States. Working at both Principal Recipient and Sub-Recipient levels, he applies Agile methodologies, Logical Framework Analysis, and Results-Based Management alongside tools including MS Project, Asana, KoBoToolbox, and DHIS2 to deliver complex, multi-site programs on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
His health intervention interests span infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, mental health, and reproductive health, a breadth that positions him as a truly integrated global health practitioner. A published contributor to international peer-reviewed journals on health, artificial intelligence, and environmental sustainability, and a member of the American Public Health Association (APHA), Oladipo has also shaped national health policy contributing to Nigeria’s health guidelines, mentoring NGOs and community-based organizations, and building civil society capacity for representation at global level including the United Nations General Assembly, World Hepatitis Alliance, and WHO Civil Society Commission.
What truly distinguishes Oladipo is his identity as an integrated practitioner, equally fluent in public health and healthcare information technology. As a consultant for leading US healthcare IT firms including CSI Companies, Experis, Verde Group, Optimum Healthcare IT, and Healthrise, he has supported major healthcare organizations across multiple American states bridging clinical operations, digital health systems, and workforce solutions with a practitioner’s precision.
Yet behind every credential is a deeply compassionate human being which is not theoretical. Oladipo serves as a Disaster Action Team Supervisor for the American Red Cross (IN Region), volunteers with the Damien Center, and leads as Membership Director of L. I Lions Club International, living proof that true leadership is measured not by titles, but by lives touched.

Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Babatunde is the Chief Executive Officer of SHEAD who is responsible for the day to day management and operations of the organization and ensures the maintenance of high standards in the provision and delivery of services. He forecast the need for technical and programmatic assistance from external sources in close liason.
He holds a degree (Bachelor of Agric) from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Ogun State and a Masters Degree and a Phd. in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from University of Ilorin. He has over 7 years of experience in managing projects and people. His main area of focus is community development and social inclusion in rural communities.
Babatunde, is responsible for the organization operations and employee and directly manages the management team.

Babatunde Joseph ABIOYE Biography
Abioye Babatunde Joseph hails from Kwara State, Nigeria . An alumni of University of Washington, USA and currently a public health post graduate candidate (Phd) of Osun State University, Nigeria. A fellow of Humanitarian Leadership (FHL), Fellow of African Institute of Public Health Professionals (FAIPH).
A distinguished Nigerian public health professional, implementation researcher, health systems strategist, and development leader with more than a decade of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating community-based health programmes across Nigeria.
Babatunde currently provides strategic and technical leadership as the Chief Operating Officer at the (SHEAD) Centre, where he leads the development and implementation of integrated public health programmes focused on infectious and non-infectious disease prevention, health systems strengthening, environmental health, and community development. His work emphasizes sustainable, community-driven approaches that improve health outcomes while strengthening local ownership and resilience.
His technical expertise spans viral hepatitis elimination, tuberculosis control, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), HIV/AIDS, malaria, maternal and child health among other public health disease, primary healthcare strengthening, implementation science, health policy, programme management, monitoring and evaluation, and operational research. He has successfully coordinated multidisciplinary teams and collaborated with government institutions, academic partners, civil society organizations, donors, and international agencies to deliver high-impact public health interventions. His work continues to contribute to national and global efforts toward Universal Health Coverage and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
His vision as it aligns with SHEAD Centre is to transform public health systems through evidence-based innovation, strategic partnerships, and locally driven solutions that ensure every individual in the society has access to quality, equitable, and sustainable life.

Chief Financial Officer
Mr John Chidiebere Desire is a dedicated Finance expert with an extensive experience in accounting, development finance, and Auditing . He has also implemented the Global Fund TB Grant and has successfully managed and executed projects for the Association of Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) and Demean Foundation.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Ilorin, John is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Accounting Technicians West Africa (AATWA) and the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
He has over 3 years of experience in NGO financing, Banking and internal audit, along with 2 years of expertise in applying accounting software for forensic audits. His skills span across budget planning, preparation, implementation, evaluation, and proposal writing, making him a versatile and resourceful finance professional.
In addition to his finance background, John is a fintech expert with valuable knowledge in development finance, combining financial management, technology, and strategic insights to deliver impactful results in both profit-making organizations and the non-profit sector.

Program Officer
Funmilayo graduated from Tai-solarin university of education with B.Ed. (Hons.) in English language and literature and later bagged her M.Ed. in Counselling psychology (marriage and family life counseling psychology) in the prestigious university of Ibadan. She is currently the program officer of SHEAD Centre. She is an energetic and innovative individual who is adept at managing people, expectations and contributing to overall human stability. She has 3years experience with the Non-governmental organization and community based interventions. She has extensive experience in management and control of Tuberculosis (TB/HIV);Leprosy and has growing interest in humanitarian services. she has a strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Procurement Manager
Damola has a B.Sc in Environmental Science and Resource Management (NOUN). Currently running a Data Science Program in APTECH Computer Education.
He has seven years of experience in community engagement and public health programming. He has contributed to the implementation of tuberculosis interventions, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and organizational development activities.
Currently, hold the position of Procurement Manager/DR-TB Focal Person for SHEAD Centre under the current TB project being implemented by the organization. the main focus is to make an impact on the community and make it a better place.

Strategic Information Officer
Oluwaseyi Catherine Babajide is a certified Health Information Manager from the School of Health Information Management, University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan. She is an Aspire Leaders alumnus and a member of the Healthcare Informatics Society of Nigeria (HIS), the African Digital Health Research Institute (ADHRI) and the Society on Liver Diseases in Africa (SOLDA).
A dynamic and impact-driven public health advocate, implementation researcher, and digital health specialist, Oluwaseyi has expertise in strategic information management, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), digital health, operational research, implementation science, and health systems strengthening. She is passionate about transforming high-quality data into evidence that informs policy, strengthens health programmes, and improves health outcomes.
As the Strategic Information Officer at Shepherd for Health, Environment, Advocacy and Development (SHEAD) Centre, she provides strategic and technical leadership for health information systems, data quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, programme reporting, operational research, and evidence-informed decision-making. Her work spans tuberculosis, HIV, viral hepatitis, maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, health systems strengthening, and community health programmes across Nigeria, alongside health promotion, education, and empowerment initiatives.
Oluwaseyi has contributed to the successful implementation of Global Fund-supported TB and HIV programmes across multiple states in Nigeria, led capacity-building initiatives for healthcare workers and programme staff, coordinated community-based public health interventions, and presented research at national and international scientific conferences. She has represented SHEAD Centre at regional and global forums, contributing to discussions on digital health, viral hepatitis elimination, community engagement, maternal and child health, and health systems strengthening.
Beyond her professional role, Oluwaseyi is a co-founder of an initiative supporting people living with sickle cell disease and currently serves on both the SAFEStart+ Global Community Advisory Board and the SAFEStart+ Nigeria Community Advisory Board, contributing to global efforts to eliminate mother-to-child transmission of HIV, hepatitis B, syphilis, and Chagas disease.

Strategic & Information Officer
Ifedolapo Adenike Adelerin is a dedicated public health professional serving as a Strategic & Information Officer in Kwara State, Nigeria. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting and has over two years of experience supporting the implementation of health interventions aimed at improving healthcare outcomes and service delivery.
Throughout her career, Ifedolapo has developed expertise in monitoring and evaluation, data management and reporting, program implementation support, and community engagement. She has played a significant role in strengthening data management and reporting systems, improving the quality, completeness, and timeliness of program data to support informed decision-making and effective program implementation.
Her notable achievements include successfully supporting the delivery of health interventions across multiple communities, contributing to enhanced service delivery and improved program performance. She has also strengthened data quality through routine data verification, validation, and supportive supervision, resulting in more accurate and timely reporting. Additionally, her contributions to monitoring, performance tracking, and evidence-based decision-making have helped programs achieve key targets and objectives.
