Every SHEAD program moves through the same four stages — grounded in a real need, carried by trained people, delivered through direct engagement, and sustained through partnership.
We develop programs based on the needs of the focused individuals, community or even a whole Local Government Area. The initiative is followed by execution.
To successfully execute the programs, training of trainers (TOT) advocacy visits, enlightenment and sensitisation seminars, workshops as related to the thematic areas are employed. Networking and collaboration with development partners, locally, nationally or internationally are strategies often adopted to successfully accomplish our set objectives.
We define the initiative around the actual needs of the person, community, or LGA involved.
Training of trainers and direct advocacy visits build local capacity to carry the program forward.
Enlightenment and sensitisation seminars, plus thematic workshops, put the initiative into practice.
Networking with local, national and international partners keeps momentum going toward the set objective.
